RIGID CONSTITUTION
FLEXIBLE CONSTITUTION

  • WRITTEN CONSTITUTION :-   IF THE CONSTITUTION OF A STATE ARE IN A WRITTEN FORM IT IS CALLED A WRITTEN CONSTITUTION .
  • UNWRITTEN CONSTITUTION :- IF THE CONSTITUTION OF A STATE ARE IN A UNWRITTEN FORM IT IS CALLED  A UNWRITTEN CONSTITUTION .
  • RIGID CONSTITUTION :- IF THE CONSTITUTION  OF A STATE CANNOT BE AMENDMENT EASILY IT IS CALLED A RIGID CONSTITUTION .
  • FLEXIBLE CONSTITUTION :- IF THE CONSTITUTION OF A  STATE CAN EASILY IT IS A CALLED FLEXIBLE CONSTITUTION .

FUNCTIONS OF CONSTITUTION 

  • THE FIRST FUNCTIONS OF A CONSTITUTION  IS A PROVIDE A SET OF BASIC RULE THAT ALLOW FOR MINIMAL COORDINATION AMONG MEMBER OF A SOCIETY 
  • THE SECOND FUNCTION OF A CONSTITUTION IS TP SPECIFY WHO HAS THE POWER TO MAKE DECISIONS IN A SOCIETY . IT DECIDES HOW THE GOVERNMENT WILL BE CONSTITUTED . 
  • THE THIRD FUNCTION OF A CONSTITUTION IS TO SET SOME LIMIT OF WHAT A GOVERNMENT CAN IMPOSE ON ITS CITIZEN . THESE LIMIT ARE FUNDAMENTAL IN THE SENSE THAT GOVERNMENT MAY NEVER TRESPASS THEM .
  • THE FOURTH FUNCTION OF A CONSTITUTION IS TO ENABLE THAT GOVERNMENT TO FULFILL THE ASPIRATIONS OF A SOCIETY & CREATE CONDITIONS FOR A JUST SOCIETY . 

FUNDAMENTAL IDENTITY 

  • CONSTITUTION MAKE SOME BASIC LAWS . THESE LAWS EXPLAIN WHO SHOULD RULE  THE SOCIETY HOW IT SHOULD BE RULED IT IS CALLED A NATION IDENTIFY ./FUNDAMENTAL IDENTIFY .
  • TWO TYPE OF FUNDAMENTAL IDENTIFY .
  • POLTICIAL IDENTIFY :- TO ACCEPT THE BASIC RUL E& REGULATIONS BY THE PEOPLE IT IS CALLED  A POLITICAL IDENTIFY .
  • MORAL IDENTIFY :- MORAL IDENTIFY MEAN WHAT SHOULD DO WHO SHOULD NOT BE DO IT . REPRESENT THE VALUE OF SOCIETY /. IT IS CALLED A MORAL IDENTIFY .
